Who we are:
911 on DVD is part of the PSTC (Public Safety Training Consultants) family of companies. PSTC will present training at your agency for all varieties of emergency communications and 9-1-1 professionals. We are now extending that training to the presentation of DVD based training. We don’t want to substitute vital in-person training but we do want to supplement your in-house training with quality, affordable DVD based training. We use subject matter experts nationwide to help train the 9-1-1 industry on operational, technical, training and supervision topics and breaking news within the 9-1-1 industry.

We are very excited to have a relationship with Gordon Graham. Mr. Graham is one of the most respected speakers in the public safety arena on a wide variety of topics including risk management, policy, protocol and explaining why things go right or how they fail. If you have ever seen Mr. Graham speak, he encourages ongoing training. This DVD series will offer you short training sessions that you can use daily! There are performance and financial benefits to this DVD training!
Though some DVD’s will be lecture based like the Gordon Graham series, we are concentrating on producing DVD’s that will have multiple segments for your use. Each DVD will have approximately 20 segments that will have a running time of 10-20 minutes each. We will also include special “breaking news” segments of varying lengths, a supervisor update segment, a CTO update and a technology update too! All of this for one low price that you can use.
